Silvia Fernandez

Ms. Fernandez has worked in the lending industry for over a decade.  Over these last 10 years, she has worked closely with and developed strong relationships with escrow, title, and credit companies and with appraisers and loan officers.  She has worked to most efficiently get buyers into their new homes.  And, she has saved many people’s homes through refinancing existing mortgages and successful loan modifications.  She is also experienced in conventional FHA and VA loan programs.

Ms. Fernandez holds a real estate license and a CPC tax preparation license and is fluent in Spanish.
