Suzanne Sheehan

Since 1986 Ms. Sheehan has created and managed Wholesale Division and has been a Corporate Underwriter.  She has assisted loan branch offices in locating programs and underwriting scenarios.  Her loan underwriting experience includes reselling Niche Products utilizing Clues, Assetwise, with the ability to provide manual underwriting. 

She has assist brokers in the structuring of loan products to best suit the borrower and has provided training for Retail Account Executives and Wholesale accounts. She has structured and underwritten “Niche” loans for both retail and wholesale accounts and created matrix and program manuals.

She became involved with the Southern California Mortgage Bankers Association in 1991.  In January of 1992, was elected Assistant Treasurer.  January 1993 elected Treasurer.  She served the 1994 term as a Director.  She served as a Director on the Single Family Loan Committee becoming involved with Habitat for Humanity.
