STEP 1:  You fill out our application either online or in person and submit it to us.

STEP 2:  You provide us with documentation of mortgage and other expenses using our handy checklist.

STEP 3:  We tell you within 48 hours whether you are a loan modification, bankruptcy, or short sale candidate.  No matter whether you are a loan modification, bankruptcy, or short sale candidate, we will help you and we will take it from here.  You’re DONE! Our team does the rest!

• If you are a loan modification candidate: we will prepare all the necessary reports and negotiate with your lender(s) on an ongoing basis until we can get the best results for you. 

• If you are a bankruptcy candidate: we will file all the necessary documents for bankruptcy and be by your side during the whole process. 

• If you are short sale candidate: we will sell your house for you.
