All data provided is subject to strictest online security and will not be shared, sold or leased to anyone.  All your information is CONFIDENTIAL and saved under an encrypted security platform to protect your information.  No social security number or other personal information is viewable or retrievable once entered, not even to us and our staff.  All personal information including social security number or bank numbers are abbreviated and shortened and the entire account numbers are never viewable.

Although Attorney may offer an opinion about possible results regarding the subject matter of this agreement, Attorney cannot guarantee any particular result. Client acknowledges that Attorney has made no promises about the outcome and that any opinion offered by Attorney in the future will not constitute a guaranty. Attorney makes no offer or representation that a lower mortgage payment and/or balance is guaranteed.

The undersigned, jointly and severally, represent and warrant to Ashouri Law Offices that the information submitted in this hardship statement, questionnaire, and financial statement scheduled is true, correct, and complete in all material respects.  The information and documentation provided does not omit any material fact or matter that makes the information or documentation presented misleading.

The undersigned, jointly and severally, represent (s) and warrant they are in fact the individuals who are the borrowers completing these forms and providing the necessary information to process the file. 

Any and all decisions made by the Lender(s) are to be considered final.  The Borrower fully understands that if the modification is accepted, they are bound by the new terms and any failure to comply with these terms is solely the responsibility of the Client.  Ashouri Law Offices and/or Patrick Ashouri, Esq. will no longer be a part of this modification (unless otherwise specified in writing) and will not be responsible for any further action either by the Lender or the Borrower.  Client agrees to hold Ashouri Law Offices and its attorneys completely harmless in the event that my position is too severe to remedy and Client’s home is lost in a Trustee Sale for any reason.
